As you are aware, our gorgeous pieces are hand-made and hand embellished with pearls, diamantes, beads, zardozi work, sequins and all things stunning.
We kindly request to please allow 1 working day for us to process your order.
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, production will take up to 25 - 35 working days on embellished items and 7 - 10 working days on non-embellished items. Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays (our hard-working craftsman need days off just as much as we all do). As we’ve been told on numerous occasions from our loyal returning customers; the wait is absolutely worth it!
Once production of your order is complete and it's ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details.

All our UK orders are delivered by the brilliantly efficient team at UCS/DHL. All UK orders will be delivered the next working day upon completion of order production. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.
All our Europe orders are delivered by the amazing team at UCS/DHL. All European Express Delivery orders will be delivered approximately 2 - 3 working day after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.
Us/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
All US/Canada/Rest of The World orders are delivered by DHL. All US/Canada/Rest of The World orders will be delivered approximately 2 - 3 working days upon completion of order production. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.
*US/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD/INTERNATIONAL deliveries may be forwarded onto 3rd party handlers. Details and tracking for this are always provided in the confirmation of dispatch email. Please contact 3rd party handler to re-arrange delivery if you have missed it.
*Please note Khanum's provide tracking details for every order shipped. We expect customers to use tracking to ensure completed delivery. Customers may be liable to additional shipping fees after the 2nd failed attempt of delivery to the customer.
*Please note UCS have GPS tracking with their drivers to ensure prevention of lost or delivery to wrong addresses.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Please note Khanum's can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to Khanum’s you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Given the exclusivity of each piece, we do not offer returns or refunds. Khanum's are committed to ensuring quality in our jackets with 3 stages of quality control checks. Each jacket is hand made and hand embellished and we take great pride in ensuring no orders are fulfilled with any faults what so ever.
Please do feel free to contact us to advise on colours, sizing and fabrics. We aim ensure absolute satisfaction.
Cancellation of orders must be notified within 6hrs of placing order in order to receive full refund. Please note, our hard working production team start working on your order as soon as they receive confirmation.
If the fit or style isn’t quite right for you, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. On the condition that the product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, they are unworn and without odour or perfume and aren’t damaged or marked in any way. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. We will not allow exchange more than once.
Before shipping an item back to us, please request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and you reason for exchange so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.
*Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. In a rare incident that the item has arrived with a fault, we will reimburse the returns delivery cost within 7 - 10 working days of informing us of the problem.
