All our UK orders are delivered by the brilliantly efficient team at UCS/DHL. All UK orders will be delivered the next working day upon completion of order production. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.

All our Europe orders are delivered by the amazing team at UCS/DHL. All European Express Delivery orders will be delivered approximately 2-3 working day after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.

All US/Canada/Rest of The World orders are delivered by DHL. All US/Canada/Rest of The World orders will be delivered approximately 2-3 working days upon completion of order production. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.

*US/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD/INTERNATIONAL deliveries may be forwarded onto 3rd party handlers. Details and tracking for this are always provided in the confirmation of dispatch email. Please contact 3rd party handler to re-arrange delivery if you have missed it.

*Please note Khanum's provide tracking details for every order shipped. We expect customers to use tracking to ensure completed delivery. Customers may be liable to additional shipping fees after the 2nd failed attempt of delivery to the customer.
*Please note UCS have GPS tracking with their drivers to ensure prevention of lost or delivery to wrong addresses.

Should you fail to accept your delivery we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the items contained in your order and the cost of delivery. If the order is returned to us, you will be eligible for the shipping costs

Customs and duties are the customer's responsibility. If an item is returned and Khanum’s are issued with an invoice, we will deduct this from your refund amount/ credit note. We will communicate this with you, so please ensure refund processes are followed to avoid this. If you need our assistance with organising a collection, just let us know in the request.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CUSTOMISATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

If your size isn't available on our site, we’re more than happy to create a custom order for you. We can customise your order in terms or length, size or colour for an additional fee (upto 30%) — this can differ upon the requests made. Please note all orders can take us 35-45 working days, but we promise you - the wait is worth it. All custom orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.

We will follow the measurements you provide us with. A size guide and 'How to Measure' chart can be found here for reference: https://www.khanums.co/size-guide Once the customisation has been agreed and production confirmed we can no longer amend the order.

At the present time, we do not offer measurement services or provide dress fittings. All custom orders are made to specification and we re-measure and record the garments before it's dispatched to ensure your custom requirements are met as per our quality and development standards.

2) Pay the remaining balance via PayPal — and we will look after the rest.

international taxes & duties

Please note Khanum's can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to Khanum’s you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.

For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
